Director and Staff
Our Director, Cindy Hadley, has been involved in Early Childhood ministry for over 20 years. She graduated from Concordia Teacher's College in Seward, Nebraska with an Elementary teaching degree. Ms. Cindy has two grown children and two grandsons. She has been at Kids of the Crown for over 10 years and has a tremendous love for the Lord and for the children in our care. Our staff of loving teachers and caregivers teach the children about Jesus and meet their needs each day. They participate in regular training to continuously improve their skills. Many of our staff have been with Kids of the Crown for over a year.

What our parents say... Every cloud has a
silver lining... recently, I found this statement to be true when my son's
Pre-K4 class field trip was canceled due to rain. For me it turned out
to be an unforeseen blessing, an opportunity to spend the morning with my
son's class. It was wonderful to be a part of something that we, as
parents, miss every day. Having seen first hand what the teachers and
staff go thru each day to keep the children focused and interested in
learning, made me realize how underpaid and under appreciated they are.
I have always appreciated our teachers and staff at Kids of the Crown, but
now, with even a deeper gratitude. It is difficult these days to find
a place where you can trust someone else to care for and instill Christian
values of love, discipline and respect in our children. For those of
us who must rely on others to care for our children during the day, Kids of
the Crown is an answer to prayer for our family. I would like to take
this opportunity to encourage each of you to take a few hours of your time
and spend it with your child at school someday, to share a part of their
day, to see how they interact with the teacher and the other children.
It may be the link to understanding your child and their needs better, and
to understand the value of the tuition payment you give each week for their
