Pre-K2 Room
* Ages 24 months to 36 months
* "Little Lambs " curriculum continues
* Developmentally appropriate center activities
* Art, music and storytime a big part of each day
* Weekly chapel service
* Lunch and snacks in the cafeteria
* More emphasis on colors and shapes and beginning to work on letter and number recognition
* Our teachers have been trained in the Sign 2Me program and teach and use signs with the children daily
* Addition of science and social studies activities to the curriculum
Pre-K3 & K4 Room
* Ages 36 months to 60+ months
* "Voyages" curriculum begins
* Developmentally appropriate center activities
* Art, music, storytime incorporated into daily activities
* Weekly chapel service
* Lunch and snacks in cafeteria
* More emphasis on letters and numbers, matching, sequencing, sorting, as well as writing skills
* Our teachers have been trained in the Sign 2Me program and teach and use signs with the children daily
* Addition of science and social studies activities to curriculum
Pre-K5 Room
* Ages 5 by September 1st (last year before Kindergarten)
* "Voyages" curriculum continues
* Developmentally appropriate center activities
* Art, music, storytime incorporated into daily activities
* Weekly chapel service

Stretch-n-Grow has been an integral part of the Kids of the Crown program since 2003. It is an exercise program that teaches children to take care of their bodies by eating right and exercising. It involves children from 2 years through 5 years old in an active workout learning the names of the muscles that they are using as well as learning what foods are healthy. Stretch-n-Grow is held on Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. All children are involved and the cost is $12.00 per month and is paid to Kids of the Crown.
